Who Will Be There For You?  YOU.

What is C.O.B.R.A.?

C.O.B.R.A. was created by Chris Sutton, a former law enforcement officer

and current martial artist. Combining experience in law enforcement, close quarter combat techniques, martial arts & the psychology of criminal intent, the Combat Objective Battle Ready Applications, or C.O.B.R.A.™ self-defense programs are designed to be highly effective in real-world situations where your survival is on the line.

Reality Self-Defense

In the world of self-defense, the only thing that matters is your survival! You, your family, and your friends should not be the victims of violence or crime. However in today's world that is not always the case.

It is a fact that every day there are many acts of violence committed upon innocent individuals who thought it could and would never happen to them. There are many people that become mentally and physically brutalized because they were at the mercy of another.

The only thing that will protect us is the knowledge and training we have in the areas of self-defense and the reality of crime.

Self-Defense Myth-Busting

Amazingly, from kindergarten through high school and college, we are never required to learn self-defense. Later, we dedicate ourselves to developing our careers.
Most of us go our entire life never considering self-defense until the very moment we need it. And by then, it's too late.

The myths we see on tv and in movies make up the core of most people's training. We think having a cell phone or a firearm, for example, is all the protection we need.

We are wrong.

C.O.B.R.A. is the gold standard in Real World self-defense training anyone can do.

Originally offered to adults only, C.O.B.R.A.™ has a training section just for kids and has received an overwhelmingly positive response.

Reality For Kids

Parents, here are several facts that we do not like to admit are true, but we cannot deny:

  • Most attackers will not be hurt by simple kicks or punches from children ages 5-12.

  • Children are soft targets and easy prey.

  • Self-defense courses are not required during general or higher education/schooling. (However, art & home economics are.)

  • Cell phones are useless in saving a child. 99% of victims cannot retrieve and/or complete a call during a dangerous situation.

Child Abduction Prevention (CAP)

The CAP course is a condensed version of the kids one-day survival camp and is approximately two hours long. It focuses on abduction defense, identifying strangers, verbalization, emergency drills, and more.

Anti-Bully Response Training

The C.O.B.R.A. Anti-Bully Action Plan is a law enforcement-based anti-bullying program that is non-violent and non-confrontational. The program treats bullying like a crime and follows proven, established protocols to create an evidence trail, a chain of custody, and build a rock-solid legal case against the bully.
